Terms of the house

Skin & Soul Beauty is operated from Seestraße 14, 82335 Berg, Germany. Bookings are confirmed when you receive our email. Cancellations later than 24 hours before the reserved hour may be charged in full, as the chair cannot be offered again with care.

Shop orders may be collected at the atelier (Click & Collect) or shipped within Germany. Digital gift cards are issued immediately; paper cards follow by post or collection. Subscriptions may be paused from your account at any time before the next dispatch.

Treatments are not a substitute for medical care. Please tell us of pregnancy, isotretinoin, recent procedures or allergies before we begin.
