Shipping & returns

Click & Collect is free and usually ready the same afternoon if ordered before noon. Shipping within Germany is a flat €6, waived above €80. We do not ship aerosols of any kind by air.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days. Atelier-only concentrates, once reserved, are not returned — they were mixed for you. Gift cards are neither returned nor expired within three years.
