Berg am Starnberger See
A house above still water
True care begins with attention. Every treatment and every product in this house was chosen to work — and to leave a sense of quiet, and of being looked after.

Why Berg.
Twenty-five minutes south of Munich the air changes. Cooler. Cleaner. Moved by pine and altitude. We opened in Berg because barrier-tired skin settles here before the first product is opened. Botanicals come from the Bavarian foothills and, by design, from the Black Forest — a second pharmacy of pine, moss and resin that almost no German atelier fetches.
Sofia opened the atelier in a late-nineteenth-century villa looking west over Starnberger See. The rooms were chosen for daylight, not for Instagram. The quiet room faces the water. Every treatment ends, if the weather allows, with a Luftpause — three minutes of lake air on the terrace, before the barrier is sealed.

Two forests.
Alpine hay from the Bavarian foothills. Pine, moss and spruce from the Black Forest — fetched, not invented. We keep both pharmacies in the house because skin that lives in Munich wind needs more than one landscape.
