We ferment wild pine needle and forest moss from the Black Forest — a pharmacy of tannins and gentle fruit acids almost no one in Bavaria works with. The enzyme is applied warm, never rushed, and lifted only when the skin asks. No harsh grain. No fluorescent lights. Just a precise reset that leaves the barrier intact.
