Neurocalm Facial

A vagus-oriented facial with craniosacral hands — rare outside specialist clinics.

Mara and Sofia trained this protocol with a Munich neurologist and a craniosacral osteopath. We work the face as an extension of the vagus — slow, weighted, never stimulating for the sake of glow. The result is a face that looks like it has been on holiday, because the nervous system has.

For whom

Jaw holders, poor sleepers, anyone whose face looks tired because the system is tired.

What changes

  • Softer jaw, slower breath
  • Colour returns without blush pigment
  • Sleep that night is usually deeper

What you feel

Almost no talking. Warmth at the occiput. A rhythm that matches the lake outside. Some guests cry; it is allowed. Tea after, in the quiet room.

The protocol

  1. 1Arrival tea, no briefing until you settle
  2. 2Occipital hold and jaw release
  3. 3Facial planes, lymphatic drain
  4. 4Quiet room overlooking the water

To take home

“Neurocalm undid a working week. I fell asleep in the linen. Mara let me. The quiet room looks at the water as if that were the treatment.”
